Would you like to share ideas and experience on how to take action on sustainable development?
We are a new professional network of policy-makers and practitioners embedding sustainable development in our public sector organisations, responding to the Well-being of Future Generations Act.
Current members comprise local authorities, national parks, police, fire and rescue services, Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales and Public Health Wales.  The network builds on nearly 20 years of experience and learning across its membership, and has developed strong links with Welsh Government, Office of the Future Generations Commissioner, Welsh Local Government Association and Wales Audit Office.
Joining SDCC+ will give you access to a range of benefits:
  • Annual conference
  • Workshops and seminars throughout the year
  • Networking with colleagues from a variety of professions
  • Website for sharing practice and information, and requesting advice
We focus on the broad topics which need to be progressed to support our current and future generations, including climate change, behaviour change, procurement, ways of working, well-being goals, and local well-being assessments and plans.
SDCC+ welcomes new members from organisations delivering on the Well-being of Future Generations Act, public bodies and other stakeholders.  As a membership organisation, we fund these benefits through an annual contribution of £150 (per organisation).
We would welcome hearing from interested new members:
